Project type: Video Narrative
Duration: 2021
Project description:
The project sought to improve the capacity of frontline health workers and EPI managers by developing how-to-do short training videos on adaptive management processes (after action reviews, lessons learnt and data review).
Adaptive management is an important strategy for making agile programming decisions to accelerate progress toward improved outcomes. Adaptive learning aims to provide near real-time information about what is working (and how) as well as what is challenging (and why) so that managers and decision makers can analyze and draw lessons from this information, acting rapidly to make programming adjustments where needed. Short training videos were produced demonstrating how each of the three main pause-act-reflect approaches of adaptive management are being conducted. These approaches are after action review meetings, lesson learnt meetings and data review meetings.
